Gather items tenants left behind and provide an itemized list. Dispose of as directed.

Patch & repair walls, ceiling and moldings where needed and paint.

Clean or replace carpeting.

Clean hardware floors & revitalize as needed.

Replace all air filters.

Change batteries in all smoke detectors.

Replace any burned-out lightbulbs & inspect, tighten or replace electrical outlets.

Tighten or replace loose hardware in kitchen, bathrooms and on closet doors.

Inspect drains for clogs and check the water pressure.

Check for water damage and inspect drains and pipes for leaks. Repair or replace pipes, faucets, shower heads and garbage disposals as directed.
